The Walton County YMCA in Monroe announced several employment opportunities. We are seeking dedicated individuals to join our team in various roles. Below is a list of available positions along with their respective contact information:

Available Positions:

1. Bus Drivers
   • Description: Transport children safely to and from YMCA programs while providing a welcoming, caring experience for every child and family.
   • 18 years or older with previous experience working with children preferred
   • CDL Preferred

2. Lifeguards
   • Description: Monitor pool activities, ensure swimmer safety, and respond to emergencies as needed. Current lifeguard certification required.

3. Swim Instructor
   • Description: Teach proper swim techniques and promote water safety rules in infant, youth and adult lesson settings.

4. Membership Director
   • Description: The Walton County YMCA is looking for an energetic, people-focused leader to join our team as Membership Director!
   • The ideal candidate must have:
     • A four-year degree
     • Excellent communication and people skills
     • A warm, outgoing personality
     • Strong business and organizational skills
     • A passion for building relationships and strengthening our community
