WCSO Alerts: Trespassers at Rock Quarry run off; 16-year-old arrested for DUI

The Walton County Sheriff’s Office reported the following Community Alerts for Wednesday, May 31, 2017. Please note a charge or arrest does not constitute a conviction.

ZONE 1

Entering Auto: Deputies took a report at a residence on Calmet Lane in reference to an unknown individual entering complainant’s vehicle and taking a firearm. The firearm was placed on the national database as stolen.

Arrest: Sherie Campbell was arrested in the area of Highway 78 and Cheek Road for outstanding warrants out of Clarke County following a traffic stop.

ZONE 5

Vehicle Accident: Deputies responded to a vehicle accident in the area of Bold Springs Road. No injuries reported. Georgia State Patrol worked the scene of the accident.

Vehicle Accident: Deputies responded to a single vehicle accident in the area of Bold Springs Road and Loth Wages Road. No known injuries reported. Walton County Sheriff’s Office worked the scene of the accident.

ZONE 6

 

Stolen Vehicle: Deputies took a report at a residence on Youth Monroe Road in reference to an unknown individual taking complainant’s dark blue Chevy Pacifica passenger vehicle. Vehicle was entered on the national database as stolen.

Fraud: Deputies took a report at a residence on Plantation Place in Caswell Plantation subdivision, in reference to an unknown individual making purchases on an unauthorized credit card in the name of the complainant.

Arrest: Todd Little was arrested in the area of Centerhill Church Road and Highway 81 for a Probation Violation warrant out of Monroe Police Department following a traffic stop.

Tresspassing: Deputies responded to the Rock Quarry in Annslee Lake subdivision, in reference to a group of teenagers attempting to access the quarry. The individuals fled prior to deputy’s arrival. Deputies thoroughly checked area, Everything appeared to be okay.

ZONE 7

Hit and Run: Deputies responded to a hit and run accident in the area of Highway 138 and Camp Lake Road. One motorist fled the scene. No known injuries reported. Georgia State Patrol worked the scene of the accident.

Arrest: A 16-year-old juvenile was arrested on Kent Rock Road for Driving Under the Influence following a single vehicle accident
