Five cases reported in Walton County – no deaths reported at this time
The death toll in Georgia as a result of CoVID-19 is now 102 compared to the 87 deaths that were reported at noon, according to the Georgia Department of Public Health. The number of confirmed cases is 3032 of which 773are hospitalized. This is the latest update at 7 p.m. on Monday, March 30, 2020.
Walton County has five reported cases and no deaths.
Dr Michelle Plaster said Your Family Health Center has begun a Respiratory Symptom Testing and Treatment Clinic at the 1025 Church on E. Spring St. in Monroe on Monday to test for COVID-19 as well as other respiratory illnesses.
